ជាពិសេសគណៈកម្មាធិការអន្តរជាតិនៃកាកបាទក្រហម ចំពោះការសម្របសម្រួល ដែលធានាបាននូវការដោះលែងទាហានកម្ពុជាទាំង ១៨រូប មកកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន អស់រយៈពេល ១៥៥ថ្ងៃ កន្លងមក។ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា សូមវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការគាំទ្រពីគ្រប់ទិសទីសម្រាប់ការដោះលែងនេះ។

កម្ពុជាជឿជាក់ថា ការដោះលែងទាហានកម្ពុជាទាំង ១៨រូប នឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការកសាងទំនុកចិត្ត និងការជឿជាក់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដោយបង្កើតបរិយាកាសឆ្ពោះទៅរកការស្តារទំនាក់ទំនងជាប្រក្រតី និងសន្តិភាពរវាង កម្ពុជានិងថៃឡើងវិញ”។

Ministry of Foreign Affairs៖ “The government and the people of Cambodia would like to express deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all parties involved, particularly the ICRC, for the coordination that ensured the release of the 18 Cambodian soldiers back to Cambodia on 31 December 2025, who were held captive for 155 days. The people of Cambodia greatly appreciate support from all quarters for the release.

Cambodia believes that this much-welcomed release of the 18 Cambodian soldiers will significantly contribute to building mutual trust and confidence, creating an environment towards the restoration of normal relations and peace between Cambodia and Thailand”.
