១.បញ្ឈប់ជាបន្ទាន់នូវរាល់សកម្មភាពយោធាប្រកបដោយអរិភាព នៅតាមបណ្តោយ ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងនៅក្នុងទឹកដីរបស់កម្ពុជា។

២.ដកបុគ្គលិក និងសម្ភារៈយោធាទាំងអស់ចេញពីទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ទៅកាន់ទីតាំងព្រំប្រទល់ ដែលទទួលស្គាល់ដោយច្បាប់។

៣. គោរពដោយស្មោះត្រង់ចំពោះ លក្ខខណ្ឌ និងស្មារតីនៃការព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់ ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមស្តីពីសន្តិភាព និងការដោះស្រាយ ជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធីរវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ ដែលត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខានៅទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួ នាថ្ងៃទី២៦ តុលា ២០២៥ និងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ធ្នូ ២០២៥។

កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមថាសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិនឹងជួយជំរុញប្រទេសថៃឱ្យដោះស្រាយជម្លោះព្រំដែន ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួន ក្រោមសន្ធិសញ្ញា និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ដែលមានស្រាប់។

Cambodia demands that Thailand:

1. immediately ceases all hostile military activities along the Cambodia- Thailand border and within Cambodian territory;
2. withdraws all Thai military personnel and equipment from the territory of the Kingdom of Cambodia to positions fully consistent with the legally established boundary;
3. respects the mandate of the Joint Boundary Commissions of the two countries to demarcate the boundary based on existing agreements and international law; complies in good faith with the terms and spirit of the Ceasefire Agreement of 28 July 2025, the Joint Declaration on peace and peaceful settlement of disputes between Cambodia and Thailand signed in Kuala Lumpur on 26 October 2025, the Joint Statement of the Special GBC Meeting of 27 December 2025.

Cambodia hopes that the international community encourages Thailand settle the border disputes in accordance with international law and its obligations under the existing treaties and agreements.
