Following the meeting between Cambodian PM Hun Manet and His Excellency Phumtham Wechayachai, Acting Prime Minister of Thailand, the two sides have agreed on the following:

- An immediate, unconditional ceasefire, effective at 2400 on 28 July 2025. This is an important step towards reducing tensions and restoring peace and security.
- Organize an informal meeting of the military zone commanders (Thai side, Military Zones 1 and 2 and Cambodian side, Military Zones 4 and 5) at 0700 on 29 July 2025 and continue to organize meetings with the military attaché, led by the ASEAN Chairman if agreed by both sides.
- Organize a Cambodian-Thai General Boundary Committee (GBC) meeting on 4 August 2025, which Cambodia will host.
