(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ តាមរយៈបណ្ដាញសង្គមនាល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សម្ដេចនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានចេញមកបញ្ជាក់ពីជំនួបជាមួយ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានប្ដូរវេនអាស៊ាន ក្រោយមានការចុះផ្សាយ នូវព័ត៌មានមិនច្បាស់លាស់ ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងជំហររបស់កម្ពុជា ។

សម្ដេចធិបតី បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ដោយឃើញមានការចុះផ្សាយនូវព័ត៌មានមិនច្បាស់លាស់ នៅតាមបណ្ដាសារព័ត៌មានអន្តរជាតិមួយចំនួនពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងជំហររបស់កម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ការឈប់បាញ់ ដែលស្នើឡើងដោយ ឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានប្ដូរវេនអាស៊ាន ខ្ញុំមានការចាំបាច់ត្រូវធ្វើការបញ្ជាក់ដូចខាងក្រោម ៖

កាលពីល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី ២៤ កក្កដា ២០២៥ ម្សិលមិញនេះ ឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានប្ដូរវេនអាស៊ាន បានស្នើសុំជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយខ្ញុំ តាមទូរស័ព្ទ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការប្រយុទ្ធគ្នារវាងកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពថៃ នៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែន។

ឯកឧត្តម បានបង្ហាញនូវកង្វល់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការប្រយុទ្ធគ្នានេះ ក៏ដូចជាឆន្ទៈ ចង់ឱ្យមានការឈប់បាញ់គ្នាភ្លាម ដើម្បីបើកច្រកសម្រាប់ការស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយ រវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។

ខ្ញុំបានបញ្ជាក់ច្បាស់ជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim ថា កម្ពុជា ឯកភាពជាមួយសំណើរបស់ឯកឧត្តម ឱ្យមានការឈប់បាញ់ ព្រោះកម្ពុជា មិនបានចាប់ផ្តើមការវាយប្រយុទ្ធនេះទេ ។

ជាចម្លើយបឋមដែលខ្ញុំបានទទួលពី ឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim ក្រោយពីឯកឧត្តម បានពិភាក្សា ជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Phumtham Wechayachai នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីស្តីទីថៃ គឺភាគីថៃ បានឯកភាពជាមួយសំណើរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim ស្តីពីការឈប់បាញ់ ដោយកំណត់យកម៉ោង ១២យប់ ថ្ងៃទី ២៤ កក្កដា ២០២៥ ជាពេលដែលកងទ័ពទាំងសងខាង ឈប់បាញ់គ្នា ។

ប៉ុន្តែជាការសោកស្តាយ ដោយជាងមួយម៉ោងក្រោយនោះ ភាគីថៃ បានជូនដំណឹងវិញថា ភាគីថៃ បានប្តូរជំហរពីឯកភាពឈប់បាញ់ម៉ោង ១២យប់ ថ្ងៃទី ២៤ កក្កដា ២០២៥ ទៅជាមិនឯកភាព ហើយរង់ចាំសិន ។ ឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim បានដឹងករណីនេះច្បាស់ ។

ហេតុដូច្នេះ អ្វីដែលជាគន្លឹះសម្រាប់ការស្វែងរកការបញ្ចប់ជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធរវាងថៃ និង កម្ពុជា នៅពេលនេះ គឺសុឆន្ទៈពិតប្រាកដរបស់ភាគីថៃ ក្នុងការទទួលយកនូវការឈប់បាញ់ ដែលជាជំហានដំបូង នៃការស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយបន្តទៅមុខទៀតរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ ៕

Given some unclear reporting in various international news outlets regarding Cambodia’s position on the ceasefire proposed by His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and the rotating ASEAN Chair, I am obliged to clarify as follows:

Yesterday evening, on 24 July 2025, His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and the rotating ASEAN Chair, requested a phone conversation with me to discuss the fighting between the Cambodian and Thai militaries along the border.

He expressed his concern over the conflict and his desire for an immediate ceasefire to pave way for a resolution between the two sides.

I made it clear to His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim that Cambodia agreed with his proposal for a ceasefire because Cambodia did not initiate this fighting.

An initial response I received from His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim after he spoke with His Excellency Phumtham Wechayachai, acting Prime Minister of Thailand, was that the Thai side had agreed to his proposal for a ceasefire, setting 12:00 AM on 24 July 2025 as the time for both sides to cease the fighting.

However, it is regrettable that just over an hour later, the Thai side informed that they had reversed their position from agreeing to the ceasefire at 12:00 AM on 24 July 2025, to not agreeing and waiting for a later date. His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim is well aware of this situation.

Therefore, the key to resolving the current armed conflict between Thailand and Cambodia is the genuine willingness of the Thai side to accept a ceasefire, which is the first step towards funding further solutions between the two countries.
