ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម រៀបចំសន្និសីទដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍអ្នកជំនាញផលិតភាពក្នុងវិស័យសាធារណៈ
(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលផលិតភាពជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំសន្និសីទរយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍអ្នកជំនាញផលិតភាពក្នុងវិស័យសាធារណៈ។
កម្មវិធីនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ ១០០នាក់មកពីក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នសាធារណៈ ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ពីឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពអង្គភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព នៃ ការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈ។
ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបើកសន្និសីទ ឯកឧត្តម ភោគ សុវណ្ណារិទ្ធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ បានលើកឡើងថា៖ “ផលិតភាពពិតជាដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ ក្នុងការជួយទ្រទ្រង់ដល់កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ។ គោលដៅចម្បងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការបង្កើនផលិតភាពវិស័យសាធារណៈ គឺដើម្បីជំរុញបរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ច និងទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិនជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិឱ្យមកបណ្តាក់ទុនវិនិយោគក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា”។
សន្និសីទនេះគឺជាវគ្គទី៣ នៃកម្មវិធីសេវាអ្នកជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស (Technical Expert Service) ដែលគាំទ្រដោយអង្គការផលិតភាពអាស៊ី (APO)។ កម្មវិធីមានរួមបញ្ចូលការចុះទស្សនកិច្ចទៅកាន់ស្ថាប័នជាតិសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជាក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈ និងក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន ដែលអនុញ្ញាតិឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមធ្វើការវិភាគលើការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង នៃយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រផលិតភាពរបស់ស្ថាប័នទាំងនោះ។
កម្មវិធីក៏មានកិច្ចពិភាក្សាផ្តោតលើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល កំណែទម្រង់ក្របខ័ណ្ឌគតិយុត្ត និងការកែលម្អដំណើរការការងារ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈនៅកម្ពុជា។
សន្និសិទនេះក៏ផ្តល់ជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់អ្នកជំនាញផលិតភាពក្នុងវិស័យសាធារណៈនៅកម្ពុជា បានសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពីឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ជាអន្តរជាតិ និងអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តជោគជ័យដើម្បីធ្វើទំនើបកម្មស្ថាប័នរបស់ខ្លួន។
ការអភិវឌ្ឍអ្នកជំនាញផលិតភាពក្នុងវិស័យសាធារណៈមានសារៈសំខាន់ មិនត្រឹមតែសម្រាប់ការកែលម្អការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏នឹងបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តសាធារណជន និងធានាថាធនធានត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ ៕

Phnom Penh, April 3, 2025 – The National Productivity Center of Cambodia (NPCC) under the General Department of Industry, Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI), is hosting a three-day Conference on the Development of Public-Sector Productivity Specialists.
The event, running from April 3 to 5, 2025 brings together 100 participants from various ministries and public institutions to explore best practices in improving organizational efficiency and public service delivery.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, H.E. Phork Sovannarith, Secretary of State of MISTI, said, “Productivity is vital for national economic growth. The Royal Government of Cambodia aims to increase public sector productivity to bolster business environment and attract both domestic and international investment.”
The conference marks the third phase of Cambodia’s Technical Expert Services Program, supported by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO). It features site visits to key government institutions—including the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), the Ministry of Civil Service, and the Ministry of Public Works and Transport—where participants analyze real-world applications of productivity strategies.
Discussions focus on digital transformation, regulatory reform, and process optimization to enhance Cambodia’s public administration.
This conference also serves as a platform for public sector productivity specialists in Cambodia to learn from international best practices and apply proven strategies to modernize their own institutions.
Development of public sector productivity specialists is crucial not only for improving public service delivery but also for fostering public trust and ensuring that resources are utilized effectively for national development.
