អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី នឹងបង្កើតក្រុមសង្កេតការណ៍ដែលមានអនុព័ន្ធយោធាម៉ាឡេស៊ី ជាប្រធានដើម្បីចេញសង្កេតការណ៍នៅថ្ងៃស្អែកនេះ
អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការ នៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទកម្ពុជា បានសំណូមពរ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី ក្នុងការជួយតាមដានសភាពការណ៍ និងសម្របសម្រួលក្រុមសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ ដើម្បីកម្ពុជាឈានទៅទទួលបានសន្តិភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព។ ការសំណូមពរនេះ បានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងជំនួបរវាង ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ វង្ស ពិសេន អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការ នៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ និង ឯកឧត្តម តាន់ស្រ៊ី អេចជេ ម៉ូដ នីហ្សាមប៊ីន អេចជេ ចាហ្វា អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងឱកាសដែលឯកឧត្តម បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូបំ ពេញទស្សនកិច្ចការងារនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ វង្ស ពិសេន នៅក្នុងជំនួបនោះ បានសម្តែងសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយ និងស្វាគមន៍ដំ ណើរបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី ដើម្បីសម្របសម្រួលការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ និងវិលត្រលប់ទៅរកភាពប្រក្រតីឡើងវិញ ។
ជាការឆ្លើយតប ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ នីហ្សាម ចាហ្វា បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់ឯកឧត្តមនៅកម្ពុជា គឺក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់គឺធ្វើឲ្យប្រាកដនូវនិតិវិធី និងដំណើរការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងបទឈប់បាញ់ប្រកបដោយលទ្ធផលល្អ ។
អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី បានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា ឯកឧត្តមនឹងបង្កើតក្រុមសង្កេតការណ៍ចំនួនពីរក្រុម ដែលមួយក្រុម មានអនុព័ន្ធយោធារបស់ម៉ាឡេស៊ី ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ជាប្រធាន ។ ចំណែកមួយក្រុមទៀត មានអនុព័ន្ធយោធាម៉ាឡេស៊ី ប្រចាំប្រទេសថៃ ជាប្រធាន ដើម្បីចេញសង្កេតការណ៍នៅថ្ងៃស្អែកនេះ ។
ឯកឧត្តម អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពម៉ាឡេស៊ី បានសម្ដែងនូវសុទិដ្ឋនិយម និងជឿជាក់យ៉ាងមុតមាំថា សន្តិភាពនឹងទទួលបានពិតប្រាកដ និងមានរយៈពេលវែង តាមរយៈការខិតខំធ្វើដោយស្មោះត្រង់ តម្លាភាព និងការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នា ៕
The Chief of the Malaysian Armed Forces to Establish Monitoring Teams Led by Malaysian Military Liaison Officers to Conduct Observations Tomorrow
The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces requested His Excellency General Tan Sri Haji Mohammad bin Haji Zafa, Chief of the Malaysian Armed Forces, to assist in monitoring the situation and coordinating observation teams to verify and ensure the implementation of the ceasefire, aiming for Cambodia to achieve peace, accountability, and sustainability. This request was made during a meeting on the afternoon of July 29, 2025, between His Excellency General Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, and His Excellency General Tan Sri Haji Mohammad bin Haji Zafa, Chief of the Malaysian Armed Forces, during the latter’s official working visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
During the meeting, General Vong Pisen expressed his pleasure and warmly welcomed the visit by the Malaysian military delegation, stating it would help facilitate the implementation of the ceasefire and the return to normalcy.
In response, General Zafa highlighted that his visit to Cambodia was primarily aimed at ensuring effective procedures and processes for implementing the ceasefire agreement with positive outcomes.
The Malaysian Chief of Defense Forces further stated that he would establish two observation teams: one team, with a Malaysian military liaison based in Cambodia as the lead; and another team, with a Malaysian military liaison based in Thailand as the lead. These teams are scheduled to begin their observation missions tomorrow.
His Excellency General Zafa expressed optimism and firm belief that peace could truly be achieved and sustained through sincere efforts, transparency, and mutual trust.
