ថៃឈប់ឈ្លានពាន និងចង់បានអ្វីដែលជារបស់ខ្មែរទៀតទៅ អ្នកយកបានច្រើនហើយ ទុកអ្វីដែលជារបស់ខ្មែរប៉ុណ្ណឹងទៅសមល្មមហើយ។ កម្ពុជា ឆ្អែតនឹងសង្គ្រាមជាច្រើនរយឆ្នាំហើយ សង្គ្រាមបង្កើតនៅការបែកបាក់ ព្រាត់ប្រាស់និរាស ទុក្ខវេទនារាប់ម៉ឺនសែនលានជំពូកគ្មានអ្វីពណ៌នាបាន។
Thailand, you should stop invading and desiring what belongs to Khmer. You’ve taken so much; leave what is Khmer—that’s enough. Cambodia has experienced prolonged conflict for centuries. War has caused division, destruction, and great suffering among millions of people, which words alone cannot fully express.
ថៃឈប់យកបញ្ហាព្រំដែន ជាឈ្នាន់ដោះស្រាយជម្លោះផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់អ្នកទៅ កុំយកអាយុជីវិតទាហានកម្ពុជា និងទាហានថៃខ្លួនឯង ពិសេសប្រជាជនទាំងសងមកលលេងនឹងមជ្ឈរាជធ្វើអ្វី ទុកជីវិតឱ្យបានរួមរស់ និងស្លាប់ទៅវិញដោយធម្មជាតិ កុំស្លាប់ដោយគ្រាប់អាវុធផ្លោងធ្វើអ្វី។
Thailand, you should stop using the border issue as a way to solve your internal conflicts. Refrain from taking the lives of Cambodian and Thai soldiers, particularly those of innocent civilians who risk their lives. Allow their lives to coexist and pass naturally; don’t let them pass by the bullets.
ថៃឈប់ធ្វើឱ្យដៃអ្នកប្រឡាក់ឈាមទៀតទៅ ព្រោះឈាមនេះ នឹងប្រឡាក់ហើយមិនងាយលុបបំបាត់ស្លាកស្នាមឈឺចាប់នោះទេ ហើយវាបានកើតឡើងរាប់រយឆ្នាំមកហើយ ហេតុអ្វីអ្នកនៅចង់បង្កើតឱ្យវាកើតឡើងម្តងហើយម្តងទៀត?
Stop making your hands dirtier, because blood will stain, and the scars of pain won’t be easily erased. It has been happening for hundreds of years. Why do you want to keep making it happen over and over again?
កម្ពុជា មិនចង់បានរបស់ដែលបានបាត់បង់ហើយនោះទេ គ្រាន់តែចង់ថែរក្សាអ្វីដែលមានបច្ចុប្បន្នប៉ុណ្ណោះ សូមល្មមស្កប់ស្កល់ទៅ ឈប់ចង់បានទៀតទៅ។
Cambodia doesn’t desire what has been lost; we only aim to preserve what exists now. Please be enough and stop wishing for more.

Cambodia only wants to protect what belongs to Cambodia, with no other interests. However, Cambodia is dedicated to safeguarding its territorial integrity at all costs.
កម្ពុជា មានអាយុជីវិតទាហាន រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងប្រជាជនដ៏ស្លូតត្រង់ជាដើមទុនក្នុងការតស៊ូប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងលុះដង្ហើមចុងក្រោយ។
Cambodia has our soldiers, the Royal Government, and our people as the base spirit to defend our territory till the last breath resolutely.

Cambodia upholds international law and is committed to enforcing it with the utmost firmness.
