While Cambodian and Thai leaders gathered in Kuala Lumpur for a special meeting to negotiate an immediate ceasefire between both countries, the Thai army continued to heavily invade Cambodia. This included attacks on innocent civilians, striking residential areas such as schools, and houses in the Oddar Meanchey province. These acts explicitly indicate Thailand’s desire to invade Cambodia and violate international human rights and disregard for international community efforts for peace mediation.
